Vinay is a co-founder of CORD, the Centre for Online Dispute Resolution, where he has built legal-tech products like TERES and Arbitraverse since 2019. Before CORD he spent over a decade in risk and finance technology across TCS, HCL, and CGI in the US and Canada. He pairs financial-systems rigour with legal-tech ambition.
