Kanchan is the co-founder of CADRE (Centre for Alternate Dispute Resolution Excellence), where he has spent seven years building what he calls a dispute resolution operating system. He came to ODR from digital transformation roles at Max Life Insurance, and has taught as visiting faculty at the National Law School of India University.
