Abhishek Rao

Abhishek is a Senior Consultant at Samagra, where he has spent close to five years working with national and state governments on complex service delivery problems. He currently leads Samagra's engagement with the Ministry of Health's national HIV/AIDS programme, running across 18 states and 219 districts. He contributes to PUCAR's people-centric courts work through Samagra's justice portfolio.
