About the work
Measuring court performance is one of PUCAR's core initiatives. The tooling is open source, and we welcome contributors who can take issues end-to-end.

What you'll do
- Pick up issues on the public repos (data pipelines, visualisation, docs)
- Help design metrics that reflect the litigant's experience, not just throughput
- Review contributions from other volunteers
Who this suits
- Comfortable with Python or JavaScript and messy public data
- Experience with open-source workflows (issues, PRs, reviews)
- Interest in justice-system data; domain experts especially welcome
How it works
Start from the GitHub org, introduce yourself, and pick a good-first-issue. Regular contributors are invited into the initiative's working group.
