About the fellowship
The People-Centric Courts initiative embeds fellows with partner courts to redesign everyday processes that create the most friction for litigants.

What you'll do
- Shadow one process end-to-end and document where time and trust are lost
- Co-design improvements with judges, registry staff, and lawyers
- Publish the playbook openly so other courts can adopt it
Who this suits
- Law graduates or practitioners with 1–5 years of experience
- Strong writing; patience for institutional change
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, the partner court's city
How it works
This is a paid, fixed-term fellowship stipended through a PUCAR collective member organisation. Cohorts start quarterly.
