About the work
PUCAR's work starts from the litigant's lived experience, the waits, the commutes, the adjournments. We're looking for a design researcher to help us document that experience rigorously, so that every initiative we support is grounded in reality rather than assumption.
[placeholder description, refine with the actual scope before publishing]
What you'll do
- Plan and run interviews with litigants, lawyers, and court staff
- Synthesise findings into journey maps and insight briefs
- Work with the initiatives teams to turn insights into design principles
Who this suits
- 2+ years in design research, service design, or adjacent fields
- Comfort conducting interviews in at least one Indian language besides English
- Curiosity about public systems; no legal background required
How it works
This is a volunteer engagement with a PUCAR collective member organisation. We'll set you up with context, introductions, and a buddy from the network.
